The Richards Lakin House
Welcome to the Richards Lakin House fully furnished self-catering 1 bedroom rental apartment! It is the only lodging in Pepperell, MA. Proprietors Shenna Shepard and her husband, Joe Tansey, live in the main house. The rental apartment enters from the farmers' porch and then has a separate locked entry to the left. The 1884 home with 8 acres of land is quiet and peaceful with country gardens. It is completely updated and renovated while still maintaining its Victorian charm.
