THE ELEGANTLY FURNISHED RENTAL INCLUDES:
Full Kitchen
Refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, cappuccino maker, and toaster.
Table and three chairs. Dishes, glasses and flatware. No dishwasher. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt
and pepper are provided. 2-person bistro set on Farmer's Porch.
Large Bedroom
King bed, single bed/daybed, two chairs, entertainment center with cable T.V. , Netflix, and DVD
player. Electric fireplace for supplemental heat and ambience.
Large Bathroom
Bathtub/shower unit, plenty of shelving, towel racks and hooks. Toiletries, hairdryer, towels
and bathrobes provided.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no separate living room, but the bedroom is very large and serves as a living room as well.

The apartment, primarily suitable for one to two people, is meant to be self-catering (much like a vacation home rental). Towel and linen changes are provided once per week. The single bed can be provided for a third person (over 8 years old) upon special request (extra charge $20/stay). Coin-operated laundry is available next door. No pets and no smoking are allowed.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Because only 1 unit is available for rent, please be aware that cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, please be sure of your plans before booking. Our cancellation policy is quite strict and similar to most vacation home rentals.
For stays 2 weeks or less: 50% deposit due upon reservation (credit card or check). with remainder due by cash or credit card at check-in. Cancellation policy for these shorter term stays: the 50% deposit payment is reimbursed up to 4 weeks in advance minus a $100 fee. If cancelled in less than 4 weeks before check-in, no refund of the 50% deposit is given. If your stay is shortened, no refund of unused days will be given.
For stays greater than 2 weeks: 50% deposit due upon reservation (credit card or check), with remainder due 1 month before check-in date. For cancellations of these longer term stays, a 50% refund of paid rent is given back if reservation is cancelled 8 weeks or more before check-in date. No refund of already paid rent is given if the reservation is cancelled less than 8 weeks before check-in. If you cancel 4 weeks or less before check-in and have already paid the remaining balance, you will forfeit the full payment.
